ITM Group is legal successor of ITM Company founded in 1990. It is estimated today as one of the most successful companies in this part of Europe. The company has been operating in the market of Serbia, Montenegro, FYRO Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Great Britain, Austria and Russia. The main idea of the company was to link economies of eastern and western countries. The relation was established in both directions in such a way that the best quality products of western producers were brought onto the market of eastern countries through a complex distribution system. The principle we have been faithful to from the very beginning- to introduce only the leading firms from various fields into our market- brought us to a point that today we cooperate only with the chosen and well-known firms: Electronics: Pioneer, Siemens, MpMan; Sport: Tommy Hilfiger, Fila, Rang; Fast moving consumer goods: SCA (Zewa, Libresse, Libero), Cadbury, L'Oreal, Werner & Mertz (Erdal, Frosh, Emsal), Revlon, Energizer, Saponia, Lek Cosmetics, Gosh Cosmetics, Sportex. This year we are finishing building second stage of our “Smart Warehouse” in Simanovci including, besides standardized storage, thermo-controlled storage, and storage of hazardous materials (ADR). Beside of distribution activities our field of business is also consulting acquisition and asset management, currency and stock trading. ITM is also shareholder in Serbian and Russian banks. Beside this, our activity production is mainly concentrated in textile production and frozen food industry. |
